Although Halla Bol has yet to hit screens, it has already made waves with its music and promos. If that wasn’t enough, the cast and crew are gung-ho about promoting their film, which explains why Pankaj Kapur, Ajay Devgan and Rajkumar Santoshi recently visited Delhi. “I play a struggling actor who does street plays,” says Ajay. “When he finally becomes a star, he is corrupted by power and success.” The actor adds, “The film’s first intention is to entertain. In that format, there are few scripts and directors who can say what they want while making a difference to society.” Going by the promos, the film appears to revolve mostly around Pankaj and Ajay.
