With just four participants left in Jhoom India, the competition is getting too hot to handle. Sachin Tyagi, Varun Badola, Shekhar Suman and Roshni Chopra are working hard to survive the next round of eliminations. In the last episode, Roshni failed to impress the judges. Says Sachin Tyagi, “In the next episode, I will sing a song from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. For the solo performance, I will have to sing what is chosen for me.” Roshni says she didn’t expect to stay in the competition for as long as she has, as there were others who sang much better. “I will sing Dama Dam Mast Kalandar and Raat Akeli Hai, an iconic song by Asha-ji,” she says. According to Shekhar Suman, “It can be anyone’s turn to be eliminated now, but one shouldn’t get upset about it. Someone will stay, someone will have to leave.” Ever since Aamir and Sanjeeda beat Rakhi and Abhishek in Nach Baliye 3, there has been a big question mark about the ‘reality’ of reality shows. Roshni agrees, “I am 100% sure quite a bit of manipulation goes on. A vote means one vote per person. If you allow people to make 10,000 or a lakh votes, where is the authenticity?” 2007 was a memorable year for celebs on this show. Roshni says, “We made lots of new friends and learnt many new things. I never thought music would be such a big part of my life.” Sachin adds, “It was a dream year.
